Observations:

I added a few car park entries to our map the other day and noticed that not only the "level" tag but also the "addr:floor" tag was added by the "Every Door" app since the City of Perth designated the level of the entry as "Level 1" at it entrance. I had to manually remove that floor tag myself. RJ

Thank you very much for keeping an eye on the tags and fixed the one for me!

I totally agree with you that the addr:floor tag should not be there since the building has only one level and the clinic occupies the entire building. Therefore, even the "level" tag is redundant and can be removed as well.

I only remember I had manually added three tags for that clinic: toilets=yes, toilets:wheelchair=yes, changing_table=yes because "Every Door" does not provide those in its preset.

The only thing I could think about is that I must has touched some buttons provided by the user interface of "Every Door" whilst typing on other fields. RJ

Thank you very much for pointing it out! I have deleted the duplicated one.

Thank you very much for pointing it out for me! I realise now that palm is just a common name, not a botanical name. I have downloaded the Flora Incognita app and hope that it could help me identify the trees more accurately. -- RJ

Could you send me the link to the table in the wiki, please? Thanks!

I just copied them from what the petrol station put up on their big sign as well as at their pumps. I thought they were the experts on their trade. Were they not?

OK, I will delete the tag from the node. Thanks for your input! RJ

The National Public Toilet Map https://toiletmap.gov.au/ maintained by the Australian Government uses this and some other information. It currently directs users through Google Map which is full of errors. Hopefully, it may consider using OSM one day when we have enough information for street search and to provide directions.
