Yes different rating systems use different scales, so if your going to cite a system you should use their scale.

Also, how do you reconcile the discrepancy between the mtb and IMBA tag since STS and IMBA use different scales for their ratings?

So you’re saying a permit has been granted for these trails under the bylaw?

(r) authorize and contract for the construction, repair or maintenance of Trails, Trail
improvements, playgrounds, landscaping, ramps, boardwalks, tents, buildings,
shelters, pavilions, fences, drainage infrastructure, and any other structures,
improvements or installations in a Park and issue Park Use Permits exempting
persons from specific requirements of this bylaw in connection with such work; and

I also noted that the IMBA scale goes from

1-5

For some reason you are using 0-4

So when you label a trail 3, it is a blue. It should be 4, black.

Thanks for the photo showing district and grouse boundaries.

Of not, all the trails that fall into district land go through grouse mountain private property so the access=private is applicable

Also, since mountain biking isn’t recognized on these trails they should also be tagged
Access=no
