Why do you consider these to be questionable?

How come you removed horse=no tag? Are horses allowed on the highline?

Hello.
Could you please elaborate on your edit? Why did you delete this amenity tag and changed building tag to just "yes"?

Rather than outright deleting closed business, it's better to use lifecycle prefix as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
Or at the very least delete only the biz-specific tag but leave the address node in place. This way you are preserving address location and history of that object if at some point in the future there's a need to refer to that.

Hello.
Please note that I have already twice corrected your invalid edits of street name and unit tags for this POI.
As documented in osm.wiki/Abbreviations Street names must be fully spelled out and match the actual street name.
If you continue to make intentionally incorrect changes your account will be referred to DWG for vandalism.

Should it be landuse=farmland or is landuse=flowerbed or leisure=garden more suitable?

Hello.
I'm not sure if it's correct to make unmarked crosswalks. Strictly speaking those locations are not legal crossing spots. It'd be considered jaywalking. And with similar thinking every single spot along any road could be tagged as an unmarked crossing..

You gave names to fort hamilon's gates. Are those the official names or just something you came up with as descriptors?

A couple of things: while both wikipedia and OSM are community contributed projects, we have different rules and standards and needs. So on OSM we should be following OSM's norms, not wikipedia's. :)
As that article says, if a string/name is too long, for computers it's trivial to follow certain basic language rules to abbreviate words. However, certain words are impossible to accurately expand without human intervention.
It cost us nothing to expand abbreviated words and avoids potential confusion in the future.

OSM is a volunteer project so I can't force you to make edits you don't want. :) As long as they are not wrong, everybody is free to map what they want. Since you've been on a spree of adding wikidata/wikipedia links to features, it would be nice if when you come across such names to fix them, but it's your call.

Also there are some conversations going on of potentially in the future stop adding wikipedia links and only use wikidata since it's usually more specific, and if appropriate add wikipedia links into wikidata article..

Hello.
Looking at satellite and streetview imagery of these ways, it seems like it's a public sidewalk that turns into a pedestrian plaza with shops, restaurants and hotels, so this shouldn't be tagged as =private. Once again, =customers or =permissive values are suitable.

Hello.
Based on satellite and streetview imagery, this looks like a driveway into a parking lot for employees and customers of this hospital. As such =private would not be a suitable tag value here. This should be either =customers or =permissive.

Other ways as well. Ya, it's on nyc parks website, but none of those features people can actually take advantage of...

As your link states "Moses considered Shore Parkway, and the rest of the Belt Parkway, to be a “continuous park system, not merely an automobile artery, a system of shoestring parks and recreational facilities encircling the entire metropolis….” Examples of such parks along Leif Ericson Drive include Dyker Beach Park, Bensonhurst Park and Dreier-Offerman Park. "

But other than those examples and maybe a couple more parks along the highway, none of that other green space is usable. It's just a bunch of fenced of shrubbery along Belt Parkway.
Perhaps the roads themselves should be renamed with Leif Ericson Drive as alt_name, but I'm not sure it should be "leisure=park".
