Based on your photo this seems more like a pop-up covid testing facility or an urgent care office rather than a medical laboratory?

Hello.
Am I misunderstanding what was done or did you delete a few seemingly correct relations here?

A concern is for visually impaired people that might be using navigation software and it would tell them to cross here where there's no crosswalk and seems like densely parked cars on both sides...
For people with normal vision they should be able to figure out that routing is taking them on a loop and decide to either keep following the directions or jaywalk across if they feel it's safe.

As you can see from the link and article's text, for now it's still not an accepted tag. For whatever reason it's still in the "proposal" phase.

Also semantically speaking this doesn't make sense. Sidewalks are already mapped here as separate ways and pedestrians are not allowed on the road ways, there's no logical sense to connect these 2 segments. From what I see on the satellite imagery, there's no crosswalk here, so it wouldn't be correct to direct people to cross the road here. Navigation software shouldn't have any issues directing people between sidewalk and that overpass.

StreetComplete is an awesome "data enrichment" app. It's not so much for creating new features as for adding missing metadata to existing features. It presents it as simple questions with multiple choice answers. Great for answering while you keep walking.

EveryDoor is a pretty new app, but great for working with POIs and other node features.

Vespucci is a general purpose editor, kinda like "iD for Android". It's very capable but UI is a bit awkward and takes some getting used to.

OsmAnd is an extremely flexible and customizable general purpose mapping app. It is primarily for "using" maps, but it also has a plugin which allows you to do some edits and submit them to OSM. If you make enough edits in OSM, it can detect that and give you OsmAnd+ version for free. It can also do pretty much everything offline if you downloaded needed data ahead of time.

Organic Maps is also general purpose mapping app with ability to edit POI info. It's much simpler than OsmAnd so less confusing and overwhelming.

Hello.
When mapping sidewalks please make sure to tag them as "highway=footway" + "footway=sidewalk"

If you use a smartphone there are a few mobile apps for both iOS and Android you could use to map right on the spot rather than trying to remember later what you saw earlier in the day.

I restored it in changeset changeset/123583350 so if you can update it with current info.

Also in general when mapping in OSM it's better to try to update existing features with current info rather than delete existing and create new because updating preserves that object's history which sometimes can be useful to referred to.

Hello again.
Rather than completely deleting this node, it's better to use Lifecycle prefix(as documented at osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix) to show what used to be here and that it's vacant now. Or at the very least, delete business-specific info and leave just the address so that the address is searchable and routable. 👍

Not disputing that. 🙂 Just for the future so that there are no issues with your contributions, we can't use other copyrighted sources which are not compatible with OSM for data.

Alrighty. However, please note that you can not use anything from Google Maps to add or edit data in OSM. Please see this article for more detailed explanation osm.wiki/FAQ#Why_don't_you_just_use_Google_Maps/whoever_for_your_data?

Hello NYMM.
Why did you submit so many duplicates of already-existing POIs?

Your argument doesn't convince me. Non-existing railroads with no traces left behind don't belong on OSM.

Hello.
shop=bookmaker means it's a sports gambling place.. This is probably not what you meant to tag.
A more accurate tag would be office=publisher
I'll fix it up for you. 👍

Perhaps a more accurate tag for them would be building=roof
building=roof
