Changeset When Comment
151746818

Hello.
Please split your changesets into smaller geographic regions. There's no reason for such a changeset to contain edits from NYC, Vaitape, SF and other places.
These edits should've been grouped by city or state at most.

You could do loc_name here.

151732480

Hello.
Why did you change the name tag to alt_name?
A feature can't have alt_name without the primary name tag.

Hello.
Why do you intentionally make crosswalks crooked?

Hello.
Could you please elaborate on this edit?
Satellite imagery shows these are just regular speed humps..

Ira, the issue with that edit was that name:<lang>= is supposed to be a translation of name= tag into that language.
What you had was "name=West 103rd Street" and "name:en=Norman Rockwell Place", which is most definitely not a translation.

Since in NYC sometimes we have multiple names for the same street, for example 6th Ave can referred to Ave of Americas and other similar situations, and sometimes the city assigns these dedication names, such as "Odessa Steward Street", we needed more tags to distinguish them. Hence the honorary_name=* tag.
Keep in mind that not all dedication names are for dead people, so memorial_name=* is might not be applicable in all situations.

Hello.
Could you please elaborate why did you create this relation? Relation of relations seems severely unnecessary here.

Hello.
Could you please elaborate why did you create this relation? West Tremont Avenue is already properly tagged as ways all the way through.

All of these changes are incorrect. You damaged Tokyo's boundary relation. And you added fountain tag to the wrong features in the 9/11 memorial in NYC. Fountain is already tagged there. You tagged incorrect element.
In the future, please, pay closer attention to what you are mapping, *especially* such high-profile places as NYC and Tokyo.

All of these changes will be reverted in full.

Hello.
You added construction_start_expected= tag to these features with dates in the past.
Does that mean construction did not start?

It's kinda hard to review a changeset for potentially incorrect data deletion when it has 1186 modified objects...

Hello.
Please note that the branch name should go into branch= tag. You can read more about this tag at branch=*

Well, looking at 11891776069
"name=La Gran'mere du Chimquiere" and "name:en=Menhir Statue 1800BC" are wrong. One is not the English translation of the other.
Looking at 11891775669, what is it?
node/11891775974, this is NOT how you tag bike rental place.
node/11891775672, this is NOT how you tag a port.
Plus all the other problems...

And what is the source of all this data?

You can list multiple names separated with ;
Or we also have honorary_name= and official_name= tags. I don't know what exactly those names are so apply tags as appropriate.

151475269

But then you get data inconsistency with alt_name= and alt_name:en= not matching/being translation.
