Actually I see that you corrected it in the following changeset. However, *this* specific building won't 373 meters tall. This building will be demolished and a new one in its place might be that tall(provided plans work out).

You added tag "roof:colour=#ffffff", however looking at the satellite imagery it's clear that this roof is not pure white in color.
This tag must to be correct.
