Przejrzałem Twoje zmiany i wywnioskowałem, że zdezorientowałeś się z powodu domu przy numerze 34A (way/687562949). Bot NorthCraba zareagował z tego względu, że oznaczyłeś go tylko tagiem addr:street (bez addr:place czy addr:city). Pozostałe domy zmienione razem z tym pierwszym (tutaj: changeset/182683151) były jednak poprawnie oznaczone.
Jak coś, to adresy oznacza się następującymi kombinacjami:
- w miejscowościach z ulicami: addr:city + addr:street + addr:housenumber
- w miejscowościach bez ulic: addr:place + addr:housenumber

W anglojęzycznym opisie barrier=gate jest coś takiego:

"Tag a way with barrier=gate on the real position and width of the gate, this should be connected to the fence at either side of the way.

Add a node on the intersection between any footways and the gate, also tagged with barrier=gate, much like how crossings are mapped."

Zgodnie z tym zaleceniem, zmapowałem jedną z bram (way/1274695368).

A ja uważam, że jest to zmiana słuszna; żadna ze zmienionych dróg nie jest na tyle ważna, żeby highway=tertiary było uzasadnione, gdyż one rozprowadzają one ruch wewnątrz osiedli, a nie obsługują one ruchu międzydzielnicowego. highway=tertiary na Czyżkówku nie ma uzasadnienia, gdyż zaraz obok biegnie highway=secondary. W przypadku drogi na Osowej Górze pokusiłbym się ponadto o highway=residential, ale akceptuję aktualny stan rzeczy, żeby podkreślić jej charakter zbiorczo-rozprowadzający.

OK, I understand, but it makes your changes more questionable. Not only have you mapped the area quite badly (you haven't mapped the new platform and have mapped the siding rail shorter than it is, as it ends just by Road 655), but I also doubt you had obtained a permission for mapping from the video.

I have a few comments and questions about your changes related to Railroad 38 and Siedliska station:
1) Why have you changed the stop position (node/12386260097) on Siedliska station to a station and added another one on the siding rail? According to Wiki (osm.wiki/Railway_stations), there should be only one station node; moreover, the hypothetical stop position node on the siding rail is pointless, at least with public_transport=stop_position.
2) You added "número de línea" tag on way/1512918761, but there is "ref" present.
3) You added usage=main on siding rail extension (way/1512940994); I think it's just an oversight.
4) What's the true source of your changes? On the orthophotomap, I see only the construction site.

Po pierwsze, na stronie SISKOM-u błędna jest tylko mapka, a tabelka zawiera już poprawne informacje; polecam zapytać się ich bezpośrednio o przyczynę tego stanu rzeczy. Ponadto, strona ta jest źródłem wtórnym, a bardziej autorytatywnym źródłem są zarządzenia Generalnego Dyrektora Dróg Krajowych; tu (https://edziennik.gddkia.gov.pl/legalact/2026/8/) jest zarządzenie z 2 kwietnia br., w którym widnieje, że autostrada kończy się na węźle Rzęśnica.

Widać to w szczególności w relacji jezdnia główna od Wisłostrady–Aleja Prymasa, która ma pierwszeństwo nad relacją od Ronda Ofiar Zbrodni Katyńskiej. Ponadto, ruch jadący S8 od węzła Konotopa, jadący łącznicą prowadzącą do Ronda Ofiar, nie może zgodnie z prawem wjechać z powrotem na jezdnię główną, co sprawia, że dla nich ta jezdnia jest dla nich na dobrą sprawę dalej łącznicą.

1. You added a bus stop as a part of a footway, which would mean the footway contains the stop and these two elements have a direct relation with each other, but bus stops can exist without adjacent footways.
2. You tagged the stop "highway=bus_stop"="yes", which is probably a result of oversight, since "highway"="bus_stop" is present.

Also, I noticed similar changes like this made recently near Creighton University. Could you tell me whether they were a part of classes conducted at the university?

I have to acknowledge the presence of the fully functional median strip between Bieruń junction and the bridge over Gostynia river. However, only one lane is available to traffic, what is clearly visible on photographic documentation (https://www.s1-myslowice-bielsko.pl/zdjecia-lotnicze-o1a.html) and what warrants the use of highway=trunk.
Regarding the sign, I don't know the place personally or impersonally, but I expect the B-6/8/9 sign (no bicycles, agricultural vehicles, or carriages allowed) being placed by the roundabout exit.
Regarding the bollards, not only they are placed on the bridge construction site, but also on the dual-carriageway section of the main road. Also, in between the roundabout and Oświęcim junction there are indeed none of them, since construction of the section is fully complete, and there is also a median strip. However, my arguing didn't concern this section, but only the main road, and by "suggested tagging" I meant the use of highway=motorway tag there. The Oświęcim link just adopts appropriate highway_link=* tag, depending on the lowest-hierarchy road which is linked.

While I know and agree, that links begin at the last junction, I have to disagree, that the part between Bieruń and Oświęcim junctions should be tagged highway=motorway. At first, the signs marking the begin and the end of expressway are placed around where highway=motorway currently begins or ends, therefore the current tagging of the main road meets Polish highway tagging rules (osm.wiki/Pl:Znakowanie_dróg_w_Polsce). Moreover, the suggested tagging would violate tag criteria, especially the "two lanes per direction" and "some grade of separation" ones, and be divergent from what Polish law states on motorways, which newly-built expressways are similar to, that is they shall have median strip or at least other kind of separation between carriageways. Note that temporary bollards being placed every few dozen meters don't count as appropriate separation. Please also look at Slovak D1 motorway between Beharovce and Široké, which is tagged highway=trunk because of being single-carriageway.

Chciałbym zarazem zwrócić uwagę, że granice miejscowości, które "poprawiałeś" np. tutaj (changeset/181494416), wywodzą się z aktów prawnych i zmiany w ich obrębie są raczej błędem (o ile nie zostały zmienione urzędowo), a łączenie ich z drogami, jest błędem technicznym.

Co do tworzenia oaz, jeżeli one nie istnieją, nie dodawaj ich. Zgodnie z zasadą weryfikowalności (osm.wiki/Pl:Weryfikowalność), w OSM mogą znajdować się tylko te obiekty i ich cechy, których występowania nikt nie może zaprzeczyć.
