The location is way off, but it's probably meant to be the liberty bell replica outside of union station.

if this is actively under construction, you could also add `landuse=construction` to this area. I can take a guess at the outlines, but best if you add it assuming you've seen it in person

Shouldn't Barney Circle still be tagged here? I agree that Hill East is a place that should get a label on the map, but I don't think it replaces Barney Circle. The names refer to different overlapping areas

From my reading of the wiki, I don't think `busway` is correct here. These roads all look like they're either "Bus-only service roads" or "Physically-separated bus bays" which are both in the "What is not a busway" table.

Are you sure about this? These look like pretty standard alleys to me, and I'm not familiar with anywhere in DC that wouldn't allow biking down an alley
