Similar misuse of leisure=park in other recent changesets in DC

hi, without knowing the exact situation on the ground here, the original address doesn't look wrong. addr:unit=a serves to disambiguate, and it feels more likely to me that is a second unit at the same address.

Also, it's not clear to me how umd.me.uk relates to this. If this building is a private residence it probably doesn't make sense to have that website linked.

The semantics of `no` for access are that walking or biking there is disallowed by signage or law, so it should probably not be applied here. The presence of a sidewalk with `bicycle=yes` should generally be enough for router not to recommend the bridge.

Why the change to the West Colonnade?

The location is way off, but it's probably meant to be the liberty bell replica outside of union station.

if this is actively under construction, you could also add `landuse=construction` to this area. I can take a guess at the outlines, but best if you add it assuming you've seen it in person

Tagging this whole area as construction is premature. Much of it is an operational park.

Shouldn't Barney Circle still be tagged here? I agree that Hill East is a place that should get a label on the map, but I don't think it replaces Barney Circle. The names refer to different overlapping areas

Why add this node? The stadium is already labeled as an area.
