soweit ich das auf den Luftbildern gesehen habe, sind alle Flächen, die du als Reitanlage (Tag leisure=horse_riding) gemappt hast, Reitplätze oder Paddocks und keine Reitanlagen (Reiterhöfe o.ä.). Kannst du die bitte dementsprechend (um)taggen? Für Reitplätze ist es in iD ganz einfach: Einfach nach "reitplatz" suchen und auswählen; das setzt dann die Tags leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. Für Paddocks kannst du z.B. landuse=animal_keeping nehmen, dafür gibt es aber kein Preset.
Die komplette Reitanlage, wo das Tag leisure=horse_riding dran käme, kannst du als Knoten oder Fläche mappen, wie z.B. Reitstall Pundt: way/249503322 oder Huder Reiterhof node/10593910686

these four objects are buildings and you have retagged them to riding centres, the iD editir has removed building=yes and added leisure=horse_riding. Therefore they are no longer rendered as buildings on the map. I would recommend to undo this because a) every building should have a building tag. b) the tag leisure=horse_riding is not meant to be used for buildings but for complete riding centres and c) there should be only one OSM object with tag leisure=horse_riding for every riding centre (which in your case is node/11414709495). For different types of buildings there are different building tags available, e.g. building=stable, building=riding_hall, building=barn, building=roof etc.

way/1230183067 doesn't look like a riding centre but you have tagged it leisure=horse_riding which is the tag for riding centres. This small area looks more like a riding arena and in OSM riding arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian, and iD has a preset "Horse Riding / Rodeo Arena" that does that, Compare osm.wiki/Tag%3Aleisure%3Dhorse_riding

You're right, a riding arena is not a pitch, but in the early days of OSM someone started tagging them that way, it spread and after a while so many were tagged that way that it can't be changed any more. Have a look at leisure=pitch#Examples !

Not so bad, Some things you could improve:
- Outdoor arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian (iD preset "Horseback Riding / Rodeo Arena")
- Indoor arenas can be tagged building=riding_hall (there is no iD preset yet, will be in next release)
- Horse exercisers can be tagged animal=horse_walker (there is no iD preset yet)

I think the riding hall should not get the horse_riding tag because this tag is for the whole area of the rideclub, see leisure=horse_riding#When_not_to_use
If you want to put a leisure tag on the riding hall then better use leisure=sports_hall, see building=riding_hall#Use_as_a_riding_hall This would avoid nested leisure=horse_riding tags.

I have no special qualifications to answer these questions, but here are my thoughts:

Polo fields

It seems that most of them (386) are tagged leisure=pitch + sport=polo. I think it makes some sense because I would not call a polo field a riding arena. OTOH round pens are usually tagged like riding arenas nevertheless and there seems to be (see wikipedia) also "arena polo" which is played in smaller polo arenas. A seperate sport=* tag for every equestrian activity is perhaps not such good idea. Therefore I do not want to give a recommendation how to tag polo fields. Therapeutic riding

I am not aware that any therapeutic riding center tag exists.
https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1ExV finds some riding centres for therapeutic riding that are already mapped.
I can imagine that a new (sub)tag for therapeutic riding could be invented with key healthcare:speciality=* which could then be used in combination with leisure=horse_riding or with some other main tag. But I am not familiar with the tagging of healtcare facilities, so maybe better ask about that in the community forum. If you want to invent/propose new tags, see osm.wiki/Any_tags_you_like and osm.wiki/Proposal_process for a number of things to consider.

Here you have a) re-tagged a riding arena to a riding center and b) tagged an indoor riding arena as another riding center. I think the previous tagging was perfectly fine. You have re-tagged some other riding arenas in a similar way (e.g. way/1228970021/history). I find that weird and am curious to know why you did that.

Web page https://www.pizazzfarm.com/facility-rentals says that the farm contains an indoor arena and an outdoor arena. Wiki page osm.wiki/Tag%3Aleisure%3Dhorse_riding says "Use this tag only once for the whole facility, don't use it multiple times on different objects belonging to it (one feature, one OSM element rule ...)". Otherwise there will be more than one riding center on the map where in reality there is just one! Therefore I would not add this tag to the arenas but instead create a new object (area or node) for the whole farm and tag that with leisure=horse_riding. Example: way/842259858

I see that this was only your 2nd changeset.
The area you re-tagged was previously tagged as a building, and I assume that building is still there. But the iD editor has removed the building tag because you re-tagged it as a riding center. Now it no longer shows up as a building on the map because there is no longer a building=* tag.
I also assume that Paddock Paradise consists of more than just this building.
I therefore suggest to add the building tag again and for the whole Paddock Paradise better create a new object (area or node) . Compare

Thanks for the improvements. (An appropriate undocumented tag is better than an inappropriate documented tag, IMHO).

As far as the riding arenas are concerned, this preset is absolutely not impossible to find. If in iD you search for just "horse", the preset "Horseback Riding / Rodeo Arena" is listed after "Horseshoes Pit", "Horse Racetrack" and "Horse Race Course". This is iD without AI, it cannot read your mind what you want to map. So if you want to map a riding arena I would recommend to search for "riding arena", then the corresponding preset is listed at the top of the list.

For horse walkers there is no preset yet, you have to search in the wiki and type it in; compare https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/issues/835
