For the emergency meeting point the pdf-file gives the location S36°15'37" E149°57'47". This coordinate is copyright protected and not usable in OSM without permission.
The new node set in this changeset is at S36°15'26.2" E149°58'09.5". This location is created by following the routing description.

Probably this "Statistischer Bezirk" is only a part of this suburb.

Für Splittersiedlungen wie z.B. Probsteiburg bringt das Eintragen von administrativen Grenzen mehr Schaden als Nutzen. In Routingprogrammen erscheinen dadurch Orte, die es nicht gibt.
Besser eine andere Grenzart wählen, wie z.B. historic.

Auf welchem Ansatz beruht die Festlegung der Probsteiburg? Flurnummer? Zugehörigkeit?

Mit dieser Bearbeitung wurde der Weg way/175038381 um einen Punkt verlängert. Dadurch wurden die Relation für den Fernwanderweg E6 unterbrochen.

Dies wird von hier aus korrigiert.

Mit dieser Bearbeitung wurde der Weg way/32003387 um zwei Punkte verlängert. Dadurch wurden die Relationen für die Fernwanderwege und den Stadtwanderweg unterbrochen.

Ob GoMap für solche Probleme überhaupt geeignet ist, kann hier nicht beurteilt werden. Daher die Empfehlung für JOSM als Editor.

Die Relationen selbst werden hier wieder geschlossen.

Welchen Zweck hat diese Relation? Alle Radverkehrsanlagen im ehemaligen Kreis Osterode ungeordnet zu erfassen? Geht so etwas nicht besser mit Superrouten?

Gleiches Problem wie bei 118235844,: Durch Löschen/Weg-Kombinieren von Wegen wurde die Fernwanderwegrelation zerstört.

Mit dieser Änderung gleich zweimal:
1. Das Löschen von way/330239951 durch das Kombinieren mit way/330239950 hat den Wanderweg in ein totes Ende geführt.
2. Zur Einbindung des neu angelegten Weg way/1039574686 siehe changeset/130637509

Mit dieser Änderung wurde die Fernwanderweg E6-Relation unterbrochen. Ursächlich war das Löschen von way/33791807 . Dies geschah Zusammenfügen/Kombinieren mit dem östlich angrenzenden Straßenabschnitt 651570433.
Die Automatiken in JOSM haben diesen Fehler nicht erkannt, weil der Wanderweg nur auf einem Teil des kombinierten Weges verläuft.
Daher bleibt die Kontrolle durch den Anwender geboten.

Die Wiederherstellung ist erfolgt mit changeset/130633982
