It was the DAV Construction LLC node.

Thanks for asking. When you save and upload an edit follow the guidance at osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments.

Basically, just leave a brief description of what you did.

Instead of deleting the building, just change the tags to the correct tags. In this case building=roof + layer=1. I went ahead and added it back.

The bot made the node look like a regular business, but it just looks like a private house. I doubt they would want people showing up 24 hours a day, but that is what may happen. I would have deleted this node.

Why did you add access=private? It should be posted as no trespassing. If it is privately maintain then ownership=private would be more approriate.

This device seems to be no where near a road. Can you confirm it is in the correction location?

Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good. You could also add the name of the business + any other info like website and phone number along with a tag to describe the type of business. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message. There you can find links to our wiki to help you.

#TIP: We don't use descriptive names, instead just make sure the tags are correct. Looks like someone removed the name tags.

We don't use descriptive names unless they are posted on the field. Can you verify that there are signs with the fields name?

Also, please use a brief descriptive changeset comment. Like "Added farms and a pond.

It helps to add crossing=unmarked to warn drivers of the type of crossing.

Yes, they do count. Unfortunately, the imagery hasn't caught up yet.

I noticed the added exit way from Hwy 20 to North Skagit Street. We typically don't add a turn way unless there is a physical barrier. I just just there this week and I don't recall a barrier but I know they did construction at this intersection. also if there is a barrier, it should be tagged as a primary link.

From all of the gates and barriers, and from talking to a former skagit county manager I don't think so, but I've email the only employee with the county to hopefully get a definative answer.

#TIP: we don't use descriptive names in OSM, the tags do all the work. I went ahead and removed the name tag.

I know this was a couple of years back, but do you know why you added bicycle=permissive to a couple of short ways infront of the train/bus station bldg? I'm trying to create a bike map and they don't connect to anything.

#TIP: don't add a node to an existing way. Look for the pole's shadow and just use a single node for the ALPR device. Other than that it looks great.
