I think the imagery was blurred as they georeferenc ed it. I don't see a building anywhere near it. Also - I removed the personal info which isn't allowed in OSM

It doesn't seem likely that the Flock device is in the middle of the intersection. Can you move it to a more exact position? Look for pole shadows to help determine what it is physically.

If you check the counties parcel map, https://www.skagitcounty.net/Maps/iMap/?mapjs=parcel this road is named. osm.wiki/United_States_roads_tagging#National_Forest_Road_System suggests how to add FR1570 as a ref tag. Question - is Buffalo Springs Road marked no trespassing or is it privately owned? If it is privately owned then just tag it as ownership=private. access=private is only needed if there is a no trespassing sign (or something similar)

#TIP: when adding a gate, just add a node to the street. That will tell routers that there is a gate in the path. I went ahead and fixed it as well as update street names based on the counties parcel map.
