Could the detention structure be more like a dike than an dam?

Also, when removing a business, it is better to adjust the geometry as needed so the address and history of the object is saved.

So if understand your notes, Anthony Pl S does not connect to the new constructions and Anthony Pl S is private property. Private roads can be tagged as ownership=private. If there is signage for no trespassing or similar, then the tag access=private.

I'm curious, how do workers get to the construction site?
