It appears that you are connecting the sidewalk to the road when they don't. There has been quite a bit of discussion on this subject but I don't think any consensus has been reached.

This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

You added a building where one already existed. Also, there appear to be multiple tags of the same business.

When multiple businesses operate out of the same building, just add a node for each of the business.
