Instead of motor_vehicle=yes, I'd stronly recommend motorcycle=yes or mofa=yes, dependent on what is allowed. See mofa=*. Because this is a path, only two wheeled vehicles would fit on the surface.

I reverted this back to just a park which fits the definition of county records. If there is a dog park within, just add the polygon area. Let me know if you need help. I'll send more info on OSM in a message.
