There's already a Leith Fort node/3966284094/history though it was changed to a locality (not sure that's correct as it's a populated place).

If you don't want to edit you can use the "add a note to the map" feature to let other mappers know something that needs fixed note/new

This has been reverted to be consistent with other buildings/POI in the area - especially as these POIs do not occupy the entire building.
