If you go to to the background layers in the editor you can select the Esri World Imagery which has the most up to date satellite showing the new houses.
I've tidied up this area and added the buildings etc.
Feel free to add the house numbers and any paths etc

Just a tip when adding buildings, if you press Q it will "square" the area as some of the ones you added were slightly wonky! :) Also many of these buildings can be tagged with a more specific value such as building=garage (I've fixed most of them)

There is a discussion on note/5150062 about the route, which basically isn't signed on this west route - will Sustrans be going out to sign it?

Why have you changed these and other from dismount to yes, do they meet the criteria at: barrier=cycle%20barrier?uselang=en-GB#Standard_bicycle_access ?

Maybe shop=convenience would be better for "Shop Local"?

If the Tesco is not complete then the shop=supermarket should not yet be added :)

Thanks for going out and surveying this, I did have my suspicions as it wasn't publicised. Although, there was some traces on Strava heatmap.
I've commented on the original changeset to ask about their process.

I am curious how TomTom's GPS traces indicated this road was open. How many traces were there and did drivers report it as being open? What other evidence do you use before editing OSM?

Just in case you're not aware but Mapbox satellite imagery in this area and many others is the most up to date (looks like within the past year) and has the solar farm.

I think you may be getting confused with the iD editor's placeholder values in the access field, with what is actually tagged on the footway here in the OSM data.

When you add a footway it doesn't by default add bicycle or motor_vehicle access tags. I agree cycling is prohibited but so is driving yet you've only tagged one of those modes as "no".

I mean so is driving, so you should be adding motor_vehicle=no (and horse=no?) as well.

Hi, is the B9993 definitely open to traffic connecting to the A9?

Why have you changed these roads from unclassified to tertiary? And why use a changeset comment which doesn't reflect the changes?
