I know wikipedia calls it a village but with 5k population it should be a town in OSM, plenty of smaller places mapped as towns in OSM.

Yeah nothing on Bing, or ESRI (2015). Maybe have a walk around the buildings so a rough outline can be added as well :)

The wiki isn't very clear on the whole mast v tower situation. From the mb21 images it looks like a self-supporting structure or lattice tower, a smaller version of towers like Crystal Palace?
