I've changed the bridge over the railway to a path (as it's a not a track) and also the bridge over the river to a pedestrian street (as it's basically a bollarded off road).

There were already some footway/path inconsistencies and I was also adding missing core path designations. So thought I'd try and be consistent with footway only for council adopted paths, because technically everything else is not just legally restricted to foot.
