those road attributes shoud not be added to the node. I see that this happens quite often in this area. If you are looking for a good example:

looks much better.
I don't understand the tag
node_id=*
which is also often used in this area.
The node id is a property of the node in the OSM database, there should be no need to add it as a tag.
