please help me to understand: I found a few ways in OSM that you tagged
highway=obsolete. What does that mean?

Bing seems to show a track or path there.

wird nur von Dir verwendet.
Generel ist es eher unüblich, die Markierungen zu mappen, falls Du daran hängst, siehe bitte hier:

The tag is only used here and seems to
say that those signs are probably no longer there. Or did
you mean traffic_sign=maxspeed?

Der schlägt definitiv vor, das tag class=* nach highway=* zu ändern.

okay, danke, bei mir ist das nur aufgeschlagen, weil ich z.Z. alle seltsamen highway tags überprüfe.
Ich vermute mal, das hier das gleiche passiert ist:

Also ist das tagging der "Insel" selbst durchaus okay, aber warum das unübliche highway=traffic_island
und die mp-relation?

you have used the tag highway=no_exit
on two nodes. The correct spelling is
highway=noexit.
Anyhow, one node was not the last in a highway, the other ends at a pier which also seems to allow to continue by foot or boat, so I've removed both.
