I did not even see this way, and I did not find any other alternative. Sorry, I forgot to make a foto. There are big tunnels through the new road but they only lead to very narrow ones through the old road, probably meant for small animals.
I asked an engineer working there and he told me to drive back to Gondrexange and drive via Héming.

Hi! You changed some link roads here, but according to this table the old tagging was correct:

What was the reason for the change?

Hi! The tag highway=turning_circle should only be used on nodes, not on ways. Besides that it would be a turning_loop.
I've changed way/262267335 back to residential.

I found quite a lot of ways with highway=service:alley
here. The normal tagging would be two tags: highway=service and service=alley
but I think most of them are in fact service=driveway.

Hmm, difficult. I think the question if if there will be a bridge in the future. I did not see anything like that at this place. I found tunnels through the new road near node/3046791465 and near 48.677841, 6.950354, but no further way over the old N4, at least not with a bike.
My current approach would be to change the way to was:highway=path with a note pointing to this discussion.

but it was gone due to the construction works. It is part of several route relations. I wonder if those routes have an alternative now?
