No, the 66kV line is gone. Pretty sure even the 22kV distribution line has been put in the ground as it runs in the same area. Have to wait for new imagery to update the area. Next scheduled aerials for this area is not until 2027.
The remaining 66kV grid is being phased out. But they can't retire Tjeldsund substation until the Niingen power station and Ramsund are both upgraded to 132kV.

Please don't edit stuff if you don't know local details. And never use Bing in Norway. There is better imagery to use by default.

This line no longer exist. It was old and no longer needed. It is was also in the path of the new road under construction.

That line has not existed for about a decade at this point. Part of the old 66kV line was used as 22kV for a few years before they tore down most of it and rebuilt with smaller poles. Only remnants of the old is the part west of Ålfoten substation that is used as 22kV distribution for the remaining life.

I've already fixed the issue. And I was wrong on the type of HVDC. But even a symmetrical monopole form a single circuit. If one cable is broken the whole system is out.

A bipolar HVDC is a single circuit, not two. Please fix all your HVDC tags that says circuit=2

Well it breaks Openinframap using data on the lines itself. So please don't change it yet. It is also much harder to maintain as many people are not very good with relations and they can break easily. There is no need to delete the tag on the line itself IMO.

Deleting things and moving it to a relation is not a good idea. Not all data consumers suppor things and will cause issues.

Why did you delete the frequency and wikidata on the Sheltland HVDC cable?

If someone mapped a path there then it is clearly used.

We see this all the time in OSM where land owner try to force delete a path because it is "private property", completely ignoring the freedom to roam.

Walking on paths or tracks to get to "utmark" is legal. If that area between the fields is already used by equipment there is even less of an argument.

There seem to be a path down to the beach and the house with the boats between the potato fields. As long as this is walkable and not destroying crops I'd say it is fine. Obviously you don't walk through a potato field.
