Hi-rise or tall buildings (even with a few stories) needs a different way of drawing them than low buildings. Please check this footage on how to map these buildings https://youtu.be/u31wPYWkm3E?si=lDbvDutpUyZWQXXL A more extended explanation with samples can be seen here osm.wiki/Roof_modelling#Drawing_at_the_roof Additional find here a link to how to map complex situations

| 184963048 | Thank you for contributing to this project. Please remember to align the buildings by pressing the letter Q or right-clicking with the mouse. The images may distort the buildings, but 99 per cent of them have 90-degree angles and are symmetrical and orthogonal. Satellite images are oblique, NOT vertical. Please enable the ‘ISSUES’ option in the right-hand panel of your editor so that any errors, if there are any, are displayed. We suggest adding multiple buildings per changeset and NOT naming the buildings unless they have a real name. Take care not to allow buildings to overlap with each other or with other elements already mapped, such as roads. If an overlap occurs and a warning appears on the warning icon (triangle) in the iD editor, do not select the option “mark this as top/bottom”; instead, choose “ignore this issue” and move the building you are mapping to ensure it does not overlap with the other object. Buildings must not share nodes with each other or with other features. If this happens accidentally, you can use the ‘Disconnect’ option (the ‘D’ key) in the iD editor to separate the nodes (shared nodes appear grey instead of white). To prevent this from happening, hold down the ALT key whilst placing a node near another building; this will stop the nodes from automatically joining together. Best regards, and keep mapping. |

Cordiali saluti e continua a mappare. |
