Thank you for the reply. This should have been discussed as a bulk import with a waiver and that there was no mention of it in the changeset may result in reverting these changesets. What we don't want is OSM to have copyrighted data that causes a legal issue later on. With bulk imports, please go through the approved process - see osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

Hi Nevw and Tim, thanks for jumping in Nevw - I have deleted Tim's work. With relations, they need well tagged items that the relation groups together. Nothing too much wrong with what you did but I transferred that relation to the new bridge and deleted your one as the duplicate. I hope that is ok.
