The ramps are in fact connected to the motorway (i.e. the asphalt reaches the motorway). The guard rail is placed in such a way since the perpendicular road is not connected to anything yet.

The ramps are tagged with access=no so no router would tell you to use them, even when they are connected. If you really want to show that these ramps are not accessible, you can add barrier=guard_rail to the respective nodes of the ramps. The guard rail is quite visible on Esri imagery.

The noexit=yes tag would be appropriate for roads that have no exit at all for any mode of transit (like the south node of way/673172027). In this case, there are dirt roads that reach part of the unused perpendicular road.

Съгласен съм с таговете, но без recycling:cardboard. Картона е хартиена опаковка.

В района на почти всяка панелка има поне по един, не са само в Иван Вазов :). Конкретно в Иван Вазов има и няколко обществени простора, но не съм видял да се ползват по очевидни причини.

На самите контейнери са написали че приемат хартия и опаковки от пластмасата, хартия, метал и стъкло. Същото е записано и на сайта на общината (https://waste.sofia.bg/information/). На картата обаче сте отбелязали че приемат всякакви пластмаси, което не е така.

Здравей, incline=down на way/1288878282 си е напълно коректен таг. Все пак има значителен наклон. По едно време искаха да правят и стълби, но май са стигнали до под кривата круша с този проект.

That is a former "клек шоп". Currently there are metal covers which are painted with graffiti.

Здравей! На Esri се виждат две тройки стълбове с по един кабел (май). Странно решение е, но може би има някаква логика.

Most if not all routing software has support for maxspeed:type. I assume that maxspeed overrides maxspeed:type so having both tags with values that are interpeted to the same speed seems redundant.

I noticed that it was missing from the map for quite some time so I assumed that it was permanent. Feel free to delete it.

Notice in the Carto rendering that there are two buildings with number 37. There should be a hole, but another building appears there. Looking in the editor, notice that those buildings have redder colouring (compare it to it's neighbours). The outer way (way/310598342) has the same tags as the MP (relation/19290218) which is not how they work. The outer way shouldn't have any tags, only the relation should have them.

P.S. The easiest way is to draw a line for the inner part, select the building and the newly drawn way, then press C. iD automagically handles everything.

There is no need to have area=yes for the courtyards. Also, something has gone south while creating the MPs. Did you make them by hand?
