The 0 km milestone is indeed between the two parallel bridges of the Sofia Ring Road but the edited stretch of road doesn't require toll or vignette. Toll is required for HGV and buses after the slip lane towards Kazichene. Vignette for regular cars is not required until the junction for Dolni Bogrov. The sign for motorway is also after the junction for Dolni Bogrov.

I agree that on paper the motorway starts at the Ring Road but in reality it starts after the Dolni Bogrov junction.

I think that it would be fine to keep the road tagged as highway=trunk + toll:hgv=yes + toll:bus=yes up to Dolni Bogrov junction in both directions. The motorway relation can stay as it since it represents the route of the motorway according to the official data.

The stands are indeed not coming back. The sign for "Bel Ami" should be added once they are done with all interior works.

"Bel Ami" is temporarily closed for renovation (they have built a large "aquarium" which will be the new seating area). The restaurant that is next to the rectorate entrance is "Cakey Bakey" and it is working currently. I've updated them accordingly.

It's true that the airport is not being used currently (I've tagged it with the correct tags) but it's still at the same spot. It has not been erased from the planet and can be easily put back into operation. The road is also there. Sure, it's not paved but that's not a valid reason to delete it.

I can see the airport and the road leading to it on Maxar, which is a few months old. I'm not sure what other more reliable sources you may have.

Please make sure to check the imagery before deleting existing features. This changeset has been reverted in changeset/131150593.

Looking at the history, she changed it 3 times to non motorway and you changed it back 3 times. There was no sign of communication. Either way, the problem is resolved. Just make sure to leave a comment on the respective changeset when you see something wrong in the future.

I've met you in the wiki and I see what you have done both here and there (great work by the way).

The only problem that I've seen is that you haven't contacted the mapper to let him know about his mistake (changeset/130800831). The same happened with you and @MariaPetrova about the start of Hemus near Sofia a few months ago which led to a "tagging war". It's a good idea to comment on other mapper's changeset if you see something wrong or if you disagree with their choice of tags. Also keep in mind that most mappers don't check the history of elements and they won't know why their changeset was reverted if you don't write a comment on their changeset.

There is an "end of motorway" sign right before the tunnel towards Sofia. I'm not sure what other way there is to represent it.

I agree with foreigner037. Also to quote the wiki:

In this case the road does not continue past the motorway and if you are on it, you don't have an option to not get on the motorway (i.e. this piece of road can be used only by people getting on and off the motorway).

Why did you change back the value of turn:lanes:both_ways of way/1089701195 to reversible? It's clear from aerial imagery that this lane is for left turns only so turn:lanes:both_ways=left seems correct to me.

Sorry about the bbox, I didn't realise that I'm uploading all changes at once.
The validator warning that I fixed are footway:* -> sidewalk:*, crossing=island -> crossing:island=yes, oneway=-1 -> oneway=yes (plus reversing the way and all "directional" tags), sloped_kerb -> kerb and one abbreviated name ("Hillmorton Rd" -> "Hillmorton Road").

Would crossing:markings=zebra:bicolour + crossing:markings:colour=red work?
