The road layout for the minor road is fine. I'm couldn't see the second carriageway on Maxar nor on Esri. I've checked the press releases of the road agency and I couldn't find any mentions of repair works on this section (there are some works on other sections of II-49). I've removed the second way for the main road since. I've also added the missing turn restrictions (iD has a neat tool that allows you to easily view and add them).

За пореден път ви казвм че access=no не трбва да се слага наляво и надясно. Вече ви обясних защо в лично съобщение.

Много лоша практика е да триете нещо, за да го добавите пак. Може просто да преместите точката.

In JOSM, you can add a plugin which allows you to easily draw buildings. See osm.wiki/JOSM/Plugins/BuildingsTools for more info.

I've moved it back to it's original place.

The problem with the inner elements has been solved. The rendering issues will take their time to get resolved but the important thing is that the data is fixed.

Thank you for pointing out that issue. I've removed natural=wood and the rest wood related tags from the mountain_area relation. See changeset/119278396.
