The aerial imagery shows two-way exit here. Is this perhaps a false one-way street, where it is actually two-way but no entry at the other end.

There is apparently now traffic calming here.

Cambridge Independent on 2024-11-20 reports (page 18) that the road from the roundabout (presumably this one) is being renamed to Northstowe Avenue. Not sure exactly which road, but probably is this roundabout.
