Is there really a peak here named "Fish Ranch Peak"? There does appear to be small a peak here with the transmitter but I can't find a single reference to that name anywhere (literally zero google results even). Old usgs topo maps simply label this as "Communication Towers".

Also, the height is clearly wrong. Probably a feet/meters issue.

Is there really *still* a railway running across the road here?

If not, the railway should be removed from OSM, as only things that currently exist should be mapped.

Is there *really* a railway crossing here with an "abandonded" rail. There is nothing on aerial imagery that resembles any form or piece of railway that would be "abandoned". this "abandoned" railway should probably be removed if there is nothing on the ground.

Is there *really* a railway through this wastewater processing plant? I don't see anything on aerial imagery through the tanks, nor an obvious RoW... This should probably be removed and instead added to OHM...

Ya know, to align with OSM's guidelines and rules to only map what is on the ground.

If railways no longer exist, they need to be removed. OSM is only for what currently exists.
