The downed pole was removed by a man wearing all black clothing, no safety vest, and driving a very plain unmarked white Ford utility van. I wrote truck in a pervious note, but it was a van.

This particular camera was knocked down and removed (for now).
I did witness a very plain, unmarked, white Ford utility truck with a large white roof rack remove the downed pole. The person was wearing all black and absolutely no high visible safety vest. I thought this was very “not good”.
