I'm planning to go over my past edits with JOSM's conflation plugin, and merge address tags into their respective buildings to fix issues like this.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I'm using Rapid to make these changesets, and this way seemed like the most idiomatic way to do this. Is there some way I can merge the nodes with the ways?
Thanks for any tips, I'm still pretty new to OSM.
