Barriers should be attached to the road so routers know they are there. Also im not sure what you meant by vehicle=yes, removed it since it seems redundant.

The building was glued to the road and not squared, fixed that.
Also if its an active synagogue it should have amenity=place_of_worship and related tags.

They do have a note on the website saying to respect locals daily routines and homes so it seems like they are aware there's problematic sections

i only added the latvian name to it, i didnt add the territory or adjust any borders
