no I changed the syntax of the tag "opening_hours" not by checking the information itself. (syntax no content)
The change was part of a project to develop a AI assistant and we used the harmonized data as a base.

With a few years of distance and more experience I developed another view on this and would do this type of change in this way. So if you found any issues, please feel free to change it without consideration of this changeset.

this change is not directly connected the the reason of this changeset. But it was a simple correction, which I included in the complete process.
I removed the tag "direction=down", because it duplicates the information of "incline=down", which is the accepted schema.

sorry that your tools not working with this information. But if you think a node is "enough" we could map every polygon as nodes. Like countries, cities or lakes.
A node only tells you that at this exact coordinates are a feature but not how big it is or where it ends.

So if I get the information of node/305640277 how could an algorithm tell me if at 54°56'27.2"N, 13°35'42.1"E is the Baltic Sea or which water I look at https://tile.osm.org/19/283093/167450.png

I don't know that OpenStreetMap is a website to draw geometric features. I always thought it is a database, which includes worldwide geometric information and not only a list of coordinates like wikidata.

there are two address types in the OSM tags. addr:* for the address of the physical location and contact:* if the post for this feature should be send to another location.
contact:addr:city makes no sense in this case. It might be correct to use contact:city instead of addr:city, but contact:addr:city is unclear, which type of address is meant.

bei solchen Änderungen ist es schwierig mit den Quellen. Da man, obwohl unbestritten existent, diese Objekte - wie hier das alte Land - nicht an Ort und Stelle "finden" und somit mit eigenen Augen erfassen kann. Bei solchen Informationen gehe ich nach klassischer Recherche vor und arbeite mich durch verschiedene Quellen. Dadurch mache ich mir ein umfängliches Bild und versuche anschließend dieses Wissen in OpenStreetMap einfließen zu lassen.

Nun habe ich drei Möglichkeiten:
Erstens, ich gebe als Quelle einfach so etwas wie "personal knowledge" ein. Das finde ich allerdings etwas sinnlos, denn dann kann ich quasi die Quelle auch weglassen.
Zweitens, ich könnte die Informationen in einem eigenen Artikel zusammenfassen und publizieren unter einer Lizenz, welche wiederrum für OpenStreetMap nutzbar wäre. In diesem Artikel könnte ich dann entsprechend auf alle von mir verwendeten Quellen verweisen. Das wäre grundsätzlich machbar, aber nur damit dem Quellenfeld im Changeset genug Rechnung getragen wird finde ich den Aufwand etwas übertrieben.
Drittens, ich gebe einen Auszug der Quellen (hier ist das Quellenfeld leider etwas kurz für eine vollständige Liste) im Changeset an. Für diesen Weg habe ich mich entschieden.

Ich zeichne keinerlei Karten oder Bilder aus z.B. Wikipedia ab, sondern nutze Informationen aus dem Text und gleiche diese mit anderen Quellen ab.

Gerne würde mich deine Meinung und die der Community zu diesem Thema interessieren. Denn wenn der von mir hier genutzte Weg nicht möglich ist, so würde ich gerne die Frage in den Raum stellen, wie man z.B. solche Objekte in OSM einpflegen soll: relation/3151275
