Oh, its a translation from German. In German we call it "Grüne Insel", which means "Green Island". If this is not a valid nickname in English, please remove the tag nickname:en (and possibly nickname), but keep nickname:de.
Or change it to one, which is used in the English language. Today I would add nickname=Emerald Island.
