Les trottoirs pour tout le Québec doivent être codifiés avec bicycle dismount, sinon ça empêche des milliers d'accès aux commerces et résidences pour les vélos avec plusiuers calculateurs. Merci et bonne journée!

C'est triste que ça ne soit pas open source, on aurait pu proposer une correction au profil de calcul, comme OSRM par exemple: https://project-osrm.org/

bicycle=designated est la clé ici, ça devrait prioriser le calcul. SI ce n'est pas le cas, il faut corriger ou faire corriger l'engin de calcul.

Faites attention à changer des tags pour le calculateur: osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_router

L'enjeu ici est que si on change de highway=service à highway=cycleway, alors les routeurs pour les véhicules d'urgence ou privés (livraison, service, etc.) ne fonctionneront plus ici. À moins que la rue soit officiellement fermée aux véhicules de service et aux véhicules d'urgence? Je ne sais pas si ça a été ajouté avec la reconstruction.

I kept construction=yes, but I had to put back the previous data (lanes and oneway) so routing is not broken. Usually, temporary road work should be sent to separate layers, not on OpenStreetMap. There are dedicated tools to take this into account. Thanks and have a nice day!

THanks for the update, however, to maintain routing, I would suggest reverting, since the construction work will be completed soon (decembre) and thus would be considered temporary.

OK perfect thanks, just checking, because it happens that some users just add hgv=no because they think there are too many trucks passing by, even when there are no sign forbidding trucks or buses.

Can you confirm that all the hgv=no you added have a specific sign saying so? Wouldn't hgv=delivery or destination be better? Trucks are permitted almost anywhere for delivery, otherwise it would be very difficult to built/renovate any house in the affected streets.

The issue is OSRM routing engine is using traffic_signals=signal to determine if they need to add a penalty to foot routing. PLease verify first on the OSRM github that it would indeed keep the penalty and if not, please propose a pull request to fix it before changing the data. Thanks!
