I don’t understand what you mean by correct the crossings?

These "crossings" are from the old parking lot that is no longer in use. The entire area is fenced off and inaccessible by foot or car traffic as the buildings are being demolished and the site is being redeveloped. The street, as indicated, is no longer usable by pedestrians or drivers.
