You attempted to change the address of an existing building, which in fact did not move to a totally different location but rather it was merely the business inside that did (the actual location of which was not actually moved at all to match). Therefore, another user reverted your changeset.

Thanks for taking responsibility for fixing your mistake. It's not a bad thing to be ambitious, but next time you might want to consider

Once the rollback is complete, the immediate items to fix in your script before formally proposing the import to the Florida community on the OSM Forum and following the other steps of the Import Guidelines are:

- addr:street=* should only contain the street name, in Proper Case with abbreviations expanded per standard OSM conventions. The house number should be placed in addr:housenumber=* and any unit (suite, apartment, etc) expanded and placed in addr:unit=*.
- The name=* per OSM should be the common name--and just the common name--of the object. The name of the owner/operator, reference number and location belong in owner=* / operator=*, ref=*, and addr:*=* respectively. You could also put the first (unique) part of the current name=* as the branch=*. In this case, the name=* would either be "Little Free Library", as we do for brand chains like McDonald's, (i.e. "I'm going to go get a book from the Little Free Library across the street"), or unset (as the relevant wiki page amenity=public_bookcase could be read to imply, as in it should only be set if the specific library has an owner-signed name)--you can propose one or the other but this can be ultimately determined as part of the community discussion
- As far as I understand, LFL as a centralized organization does not own or operate the boxes directly; they are instead purchased and maintained by the property owner. Therefore, they are the brand=* (with brand:wikidata=* as Udar mentions) but not the owner=* or operator=*. That should instead presumably be filled with the value before the reference number in the current name=*.
- Also, it would be a good idea to include an access=yes tag (and fee=no) to make clear who is allowed to borrow books from the library

There may be other tags that could be added, so I'd suggest doing some additional research though the community consultation process would also likely suggest them
