Hi Dorothea, I want to sincerely acknowledge and appreciate the work you do for the OpenStreetMap Foundation. I see your contributions almost daily, and I can clearly say they make a real difference in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Your work provides the structure that allows both the Board and the wider community to function more effectively. Much of this effort often goes unseen, but it is absolutely essential. Thank you, Guillaume, for this candid and insightful report. It’s clear that 2024 has been a challenging year for the OSMF board, and I appreciate your transparency about the internal struggles.
