je suis parti du principe qu'une persone créant une note anonyme: note/5415061
puis quelque jour plus tard se crée un compte OSM pour recréer une seconde note: note/5421662
est juste une personne ne maitrisant pas les outils OSM et voulant ajouter son resto.

Bien sûr, celà est soumis à interprétation, je peux revert mon changeset si tu considères que ce n'est pas suffisant pour ajouter le resto dans OSM.

For the node you shared ... imho, name:fr is simply wrong. This is the name of a piece of art, and here name:fr is (wrongly) the translation in french of the artwork.

Of course there could exist some cases where it's not true, but it's very uncommon. And duplicate ALL the name in name:fr doesn't help, it just creates noise.

Hi, In France name == name:fr. So What's the point of adding this to the data ?
It's creating long-term consistency issues: when the name change, no one will ever look at name:fr on this object, and it starts to create conflicts.

The consensus in France is to NOT duplicate name into name:fr.
