No public access doesn't mean no access at all (access=no). If the feature is a highway then there must be some sort of access. This area looks like it's agricultural, so I assume these tracks are used for agriculture, thus the tag is access=agriculture. Using this tag means no other access is allowed.

I've amended the access=no tags.

You've mapped Mopes Farm as a residential area (landuse=residential) therefore it should only cover the residential area.

Tim's Dairy is mapped as an industrial area
(landuse=industrial). Thus should not be part of a residential area.

I've redrawn the residential area to include only the dwellings and their curtilage. I've also redrawn the buildings to cover the actual building footprint.

It looks like this happend when the landuse=residential area, Way: 984419104 was somehow dragged out of alignment. It looks like you've edited this way several times over a few days.

It might be best to ask the OSM Data Working Group to try to correct the many problems, data@openstreetmap.org

There are no formal names for these driveways, and formal names are not usually numbers anyway.

There is private access to the driveways so the access=no tags should be removed.

It would be better to add addresses to the individual houses.

OSM is a live worldwide database from which countless maps are compiled. Thus, OSM shouldn't be edited merely for fun. Your edits here deleted a cycle way crossing, which would cause disruption to routing. Thus, I've reverted this changeset, all is OK now.
