Good question. Built as a house, so maybe adding ruins=yes would be right? Do we have a distinction between "derelict" and "ruins"? (In my own mind, I think of ruins having no roof).

I drove this yesterday. The directional signage at the southern roundabout doesn't show R744, except for the existing east-west road. However, the distance and destination sign about 50 metres up the road after you've joined it has a little rectangular R744 on it above the large square white sign listing the destinations and distances, if you get what I mean. Having an R road with three distinct ends would be unusual, though.
