Eastern part of this highway intersection will be renovated and reworked together with construction of third highway lane between Zadobrova intersection and Domžale. Construction works also bring wider highway embankments, bridge pylons movement, reconstruction of bridges. Changes on this particular crossroad include change of street lights, groundworks, traffic controls and noise barriers. A new neighbourhood *Ob Kobiljskem potoku* will be built here. Per media coverage, it'll provide 40 housing units. Its borders will be Vrtec DE Lendava on the south, Kobiljski potok on the west and Ulica Pandurja on the east. Besides the housing unit, a new playground will also be erected.

Ponikva Train Station is currently being renovated. Per governmental sources, we may expect new roofs on waiting platforms, a new underpass, new parking places, new train station infrastructure as well as some tweaks to the current railways. Renovation is not yet reflected on the current aerial imagery.

Some remodeling might be needed on this end of the bridge as it opens on Nov 11, 2024. So far, based on photos, that multiple retaining walls in terrace style were built on the eastern side of southern end of the bridge, as well as a retaining wall supporting road on the southwestern side of the bridge.

Expect a new magistral road Ormož-Gorišnica-Markovci being constructed here till 2027. It crosses Sejanski potok, a bridge is already built there. Future road will also cross Formin canal. I have not yet seen any presentation of the road course.

Current aerial imagery reflect a roadside construction zone. Once finished, road will be supported by a retaining wall to the right side. Cycling path Bled-Bohinjska Bela should also take place here, so best to wait for an aerial imagery update/local survey to accurately reflect these changes in the map here.
