|---|---|---|
something went wrong here: tag "name" includes "name=" as value
read "language code", not "country code".
Your large scale (broken) edits independent of any location and theme suggest automation. The page you mention doesn't say you should remove Italian links and only keep German ones as you did at changeset/176614792 . The option of adding a country code offers the possibility of multiple links. I understand there may be no multilinguism in Germany, but you are not editing anything related to Germany here. So removing anything that is not in German somehow defeats the point of having a locally built map.

Your script appears to be broken. Has this automated edit been approved? I don't see anything in Key:wikipedia#Secondary_languages mandating your edits.
there is no need for your edit
It says "In these circumstances, use the format wikipedia:fr='page title' (e.g. wikipedia:en=*) for the secondary languages. " It was already noted in changeset/176592977 that your script is broken
It can be repeated in the key if it's not the usual language.
It should have been "construction_date", the more common tag. Sohow I think you'd know that.
It's acceptable to link several articles. Plus, there is no reason to link Mercure from an article about Meiniger just because it's in the "local majority language" you somehow determined. Please refrain from making such messes and revert this.
I'm not sure if this is helpful. What's the basis for this edit?
what is the basis for this edit?
this edit is messy, you are linking random Wikipedia articles. Bear in mind that Switzerland is multilingual.
