Between the hours of 9am and 10am, we're dimming the lights and lowering the noise to help customers who prefer to shop in a calmer environment."

And there is already an ongoing proposal-discussion on the wiki at osm.wiki/Talk:Proposed_features/quiet_hours

Whilst I concede that the proposal discussion has not yet finished, I am mapping the Quiet Hours where I see them on-the-ground, as in my opinion, it is easier to remove them if the discussion fails, than perhaps go out specifically to check the quiet hours if the discussion passes.
