As for the entrance nodes: Here I did not see that the shop / service nodes also, incorrectly, contained entrance tags. I will work on separating these two.

As for the trams, took me a while to find out what happend, but I believe this to be an issue in iD that I reported here: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/9224

Hello, you can find issues resolved by the iD editor in the changeset tags ("resolved:..."). You can find out more about changesets and tags here: osm.wiki/Changeset#Tags_on_changesets .
In these tags you will also see only one warning, indicating that 44 warnings were resolved / fixed but only one new one caused. Thus the total amount should not have gone up, what validator are you using?

Again; This place has two water sources, one is marked as drinking water, the other is not, thus I added them separately. The "fountain" tag indeed might have not been the correct one for the 2nd but seemed like the most apropiate, or do you have a better alternative?
