Hope this is the right area. On I-66 / Dulles exit 18, the left fork to go to I-495 North has the sign to Baltimore, and the right fork to go to I-495 South has the sign to Richmond. The directions in OpenStreetMap when going left correctly tell the user to take the left fork, but say "Richmond" incorrectly.

Adams Elementary School was never located here. Rather it was located at 2020 19th Street, NW. The elementary school has closed and is now the Oyster-Adams Bilingual Middle School.
