Many TIGER tracks seem to originate from old USGS Topo Maps from a time when agriculture was much more important in Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rican countryside in OSM is full of these tracks that don't exist anymore.

Also, JOSM is a much better tool for mapping than iD.

There are a lot of old farm tracks in the 2006 Tiger import data. Thanks for fixing it. Remember to use the USACE 2010 Imagery for every edit, since Bing images are misaligned
