Why is Hron's Polish name listed as "Ziarno"? I mean the way rather than the relation.

Both the Polish Wikipedia and Internetowa encyklopedia PWN (https://encyklopedia.pwn.pl/haslo/;3912948.html) list it as simply Hron and mention no Polish exonym, current or historical.
