Deswegen war mir nicht klar ob das der Versuch war es zu löschen

Mir war nicht ganz klar was hier vorgegangen ist, denn hier wurde der eine Knoten, wo fast alle Infos dran waren, gelöscht, und dafür ein neuer mit weniger Infos erstellt.
Ich wollte mal klären was denn hier die Absicht dahinter war

Sollte die praxis gelöscht werden?

Für einen Firmeneintrag fehlt aber noch ein entsprechendes "office"

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung:
ein "highway=footway" ist für einen ausgeschilderten Fußweg.
Alles andere ist einfach ein "highway=path", bei dem auch automatisch ohne ein "bicycle=yes" davon ausgegangen werden kann dass Fahrräder fahren dürfen.

Wenn ein Weg besonders geeignet für fahrrad ist kann man das optional noch signalisieren mit sachen wie "surface" oder "smoothness", dass Rad-Router wissen ob der Weg gut ist.

You are missing some kind of "main" key, like "office":
office=*

If nothing really fits, just use office=yes

kannst ja noch ein smoothness=horrible drantaggen etc, falls es deswegen unschön ist.

are you sure that Lake Lane is specifically a footway, for pedestrians only?
Because it is part of many national cycling routes.
Is it for both pedestrians and bicycles maybe?

Falls noch etwas dran soll wie "Fahrrad veboten" und deswegen footway genommen wurde, kann auch ein "bicycle=no" dran.
